Tours/Runs -  2008 ...!

1. Sunday, June 1st/2008 - Sullivan Station - The Inter-Urban Tram Tour scheduled for 11:15am

The Lions Gate Club has been invited by tour host, Rene Doyharcabal, to visit the Sullivan Station to view the restoration of the Inter-Urban Tram and learn about the project. Meeting @ the Java Hut @ 152nd Street & 64th Avenue (southwest coner), Surrey by noon, for a 1:00pm start time to head to Station. The building where the project is housed is @ 152nd & 64th in a green metal building on the southeast corner.

Should prove to be a highly educational day....and a chance to socialize, while driving those A's"..!

2. Sunday, June 8th/2008 - Vintage Auto Day @ Burnaby Village Museum - 11am to 3pm

The Lions Gate Club will commit to the "success" of the Day by including as a Club Run inviting members to assemble in the rear grass parking lot by 10:45am, (enter behind the Museum off Deer Lake Avenue near the Carousel). Members and guests will recive a free lunch provided by the Museum as well as passes to return at a future date to visit the Museum at you leisure.

Bring your lawn chairs, sun screen and camera for another "fun" day of fellowship. Museum location - 6501 Deer Lake Avenue, Burnaby.

3. Saturday, July 26th/2008 - Annual Club Fraser Valley Tour/ Bar-B-Que @ The Grahams

For the past couple of years the Lions Gate Club has benefited from what has now become a tradition, a great tour followed by the Grahams hsoting us at their homestead for the Annual Club Bar-B-Que..! An event not to be missed..! Details are still be finalized as far as assembly time, location etc,...but stay tuned...!

Club Tours/Runs will be updated as finalized for the spring and summer as many are now if the planning phase.
