LIONS GATE MODEL A FORD CLUB TOUR AND EVENT SCHEDULE 2025
Tours and events organized by the Club qualify for B.C. Vintage license usage and are covered by club insurance.
Additional events organized by others that may be of interest can be found on the Calendar page.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Please contact Pat Curley if you have any ideas for tours. He will gladly help to organize the tours but needs your ideas.

Once decided upon, events and tours will go ahead unless there is a technical requirement – space, management, or facilities.
Often, group reservations for admissions or lunch must be made in advance and are dependent on the number of attendees. In this circumstance, there will be clear requirements for advance registration. In some cases, a last-minute decision to attend is not a problem.
Sign-up sheets are available at monthly meetings.

If you cannot attend a meeting to sign up, please advise Pat Curley if you intend to join the tour.
If you must cancel for any reason, or will be late in arriving at the designated meeting place, please inform Pat or the tour coordinator as soon as possible so we can avoid delays in starting the tour
.

Please review and follow the Tour Rules and Guidelines below to ensure we all have an enjoyable time on the tour.

2025 NWRM Hub Tour

March 1st update from Jackie Bonner NWRG VP :

Members who are planning on attending this years meet in Long Beach, WA. Just a quick update on the rooms available in the area. Our Host Hotel Chautauqua Resort has reached it’s maximum with all 60 rooms reserved. They do have condos which run about $199 per night, but they do give a option of room sharing. (might give u a 15% discount). The condos have one bedroom, one bath, kitchen area and a family area with a couch that converts to a bed. So if you want to buddy up that’s one option. I have contacted the hotels listed on the registration for your information, and they average from $160-$170 per night at the Best Western, $175- $200 at Adrift Hotel, and $230-$301 at the Oceanview Inn at the Arch. So Best Western would be my choice. All hotels are pet friendly with varying policies. So you might want to get a room reserved now.
