The Lions Gate Model A Club is a non-profit society dedicated to the preservation, restoration and enjoyment of 1928 to 1931 Model A Ford vehicles. The club is based in Vancouver B.C. and is a chapter of the Model A Ford Club of America.
It includes members from Metro Vancouver, as well as the Sunshine Coast, Vancouver Island and Washington State.
We enjoy monthly meetings, tours, technical seminars, workshops and social get-togethers.
Guests and new members, whether a current Model A owner or not, are always welcomed.
Please contact our president or membership director if you are interested in attending a meeting or joining the club - see Contacts page for phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

COVID-19 isn’t letting up and so we can’t yet meet in person as a full group. Our trial Zoom meeting on November 19th. went very well and was "attended" by about 20 members. Watch for future Zoom meeting announcements in the coming months or new year.
If you do not have a camera on your desktop PC, you may want to purchase a webcam (Amazon is your best source since most stores are sold out), or you can use a smartphone or simply phone in to a meeting to listen to the conversation.

Club News and Communications
The club has sent notices out to all members by e-mail over the past few weeks, regarding recent club news and tours. It has come to our attention that we have some invalid e-mail addresses and in some cases none on record. Any members who have not received these messages should contact Derek and/or Mike to update your e-mail address.

Stan Rothstein has passed on this Youtube video link that you may enjoy watching. It has lots of original Ford factory footage and advertising.  It's  called " 1932.The invention of the Ford V8 Engine" by Aaron Maynard.  It's about an hour long and covers from Model A to 1932. Click on this link to watch The Invention of the Ford V* Engine
